The Engine Room Serves The King

In November 2013, a new brand for Leeds-based sandwich manufacturers Sandwich King was launched. The Engine Room worked with the team to create a new identity, website, sales materials and brand story. Following in-depth insight sessions and workshops with the sales and marketing team, Sandwich King now have a consistent, clear and unique brand message within their market.

Since then, Sandwich King has started to see results. Their website has seen consistent enquiry numbers since going live, their entire range has been approved by the Support Training Services to supply both patients and retail outlets across the NHS and their sales materials have already helped them to secure new contracts in 2014.

John Hirst, managing director at Sandwich King says, “We could not have foreseen the impact that a strong product brand could have on our markets. After just a few weeks we are seeing returns on our investment that outstrip our previous results and the new brand materials have already helped us to secure six new client meetings in our main target sector within a week of them launching.“
