The Engine Room’s founder, Darren is a designer with over 20 years’ brand experience working with SMEs as well as global businesses across every sector. Directing the creative team to meet client growth objectives, Darren’s firm belief in design thinking for business and user-centred techniques make him an expert in designing ‘different’.
With 20 years of expertise, Leo finds what makes a brand unique and delivers effective design to all forms of digital and print communications. Working alongside clients to organise and manage deadlines, Leo brings the team together with fresh perspective and ideas that shape a brand and its identity, implementing new launches and imaginative campaigns.
Organised, efficient and speedy, Jane works closely with the design team to ensure the accuracy of final designs and artwork before projects go to production. With a firm eye on the technical detail and with a real skill in creating brand guidelines, Jane contributes a level of rigour at The Engine Room that adds value and peace of mind for our clients.
Krystyna has over 25 years’ administrative experience in a variety of industries and ensures everything in the studio runs smoothly. Maintaining The Engine Room’s finance and administration department, Krystyna ensures our clients experience the highest levels of service at all times, as well as broadening her keen interest in all things creative.
A first class appreciation of brand and its role in business, Nathan adds a fresh perspective to client projects combined with great customer service skills. He has a particular interest in the strategic development and application of brand, and works alongside the team in the delivery of client workshops. He also brings a strong digital skillset to the team.
