Following the mass move to working from home (WFH) last year, several businesses are gradually returning to the office to experience some form of ‘normality’.

But the pandemic has altered how many organisations now operate. Some enterprises are downsizing their headquarters, and others are sticking with a remote-first approach. So, what does this evolution mean for in-house culture? Will customer and colleague relationships struggle or succeed, as a result?
